About the project
Elite is a two-building residential development in Cap Cana, with 113 apartments and shared areas that top out in a rooftop with a pool and bar.
Building A holds one- and two-bedroom apartments, among them ground-floor units with a private garden, double-height lofts and penthouses with terraces. Building B adds layouts of up to four bedrooms, apartments with a private roof terrace and a 404 m² penthouse. Every unit comes with one parking space.
Apartments are delivered with central air conditioning, 60 × 60 cm porcelain floors, aluminium-framed insulated glazing and a kitchen fitted with a gas stove, hood and refrigerator.

What to ask the developer
In pre-construction you do not pay everything at signing. The price is split into stages — a reservation, a payment on signing, instalments during the works and a balance on delivery — and that split changes from one developer to another. It is the first thing to ask for in writing: two projects at the same price can demand very different cash flow.
