What it covers
We guide real estate purchases inside and outside the Dominican Republic: for those investing from the country and for those investing into it. What separates this from a brokerage is where the work starts and where it ends. It does not start at the viewing but at the decision, and it does not end at signing but at operation.
How we work
- We read the market and the product. Which destination, which developer, which unit, and why that one and not another.
- We define how the investment is held. In whose name, under what structure, and with what consequences.
- We review it with our legal partner. Every structure goes through a real estate law practice before you commit capital.
- We stay through the closing with the developer, and afterwards through property management if you need it.

Where we stand today
We are the official broker for Cap Cana, with direct access to the destination's developers. Miches is under assessment: it is an emerging market and we do not yet speak about it with the same information we have on Cap Cana.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a brokerage?
A brokerage shows you a property and earns on the sale. We carry the whole decision: we read the market and the product, define how the investment is held, review the structure with our legal partner, stay through the closing with the developer, and manage the property afterwards. The work does not end at signing.
Do you only work in the Dominican Republic?
We work both directions. Inside the country, with Cap Cana as the main destination. Outside it, supporting clients investing abroad. The structure changes with the jurisdiction; the method does not.
What is the minimum investment?
It depends on the project and the destination. Entry prices are published on each project page whenever the developer has supplied them. If your budget does not match what is in the portfolio, we say so before wasting your time.
