About the land

The site covers more than ten hectares right on the beach on the Miches coast, in El Seibo province, on Samaná Bay. The land rises in a gentle slope from sea level, opening up views over the bay from different heights, and it comes with a property title, an available power supply and a paved road connection.

The documents point to several possible uses: hospitality, luxury residential, an eco-resort, or a mixed-use project combining them. Miches is an emerging luxury destination, with new resorts from international brands and a coastline that is still lightly built, close to Playa Esmeralda and Los Haitises National Park.

The deal can take the form of a direct purchase or a partnership with a developer. Technical and legal documentation is available under a confidentiality agreement.

What we structure

We support the deal from the start, whether it is a sale or a joint development. With our legal partner we review the title and legal standing of the land, and we check the land-use designation and the conditions it sets for what can be built. From there we work on the concept and master plan: what makes sense on this site, for whom, and in which phases. Finally, we put together the capital structure and the entry of partners: vehicle, contributions and distribution, so that everyone comes in on clear terms.
