About the project

The Seed is a residential complex in a newly developed area near Downtown Punta Cana, about ten minutes from Punta Cana International Airport and eight from Cabeza de Toro beach.

It brings together 470 one- to three-bedroom apartments in twelve five-storey blocks, set around tropical gardens and two beach-entry pools. Ground-floor units have a garden and top-floor units a solarium, and many include their own pool or jacuzzi. Total areas run from 82 to 301 m², and every home has its own parking space.

The shared areas sit in two buildings: the Seed Pavilion, with a bar, gym, spa and coworking area, and the Cenote building, with a restaurant, cocktail bar, yoga area and children's area. An organic vegetable garden and a padel court complete the complex.

What to ask the developer

In pre-construction you do not pay everything at signing. The price is split into stages — a reservation, a payment on signing, instalments during the works and a balance on delivery — and that split changes from one developer to another. It is the first thing to ask for in writing: two projects at the same price can demand very different cash flow.
