About the project

Vista Golf is a pair of buildings in Juanillo, inside Cap Cana, set beside a golf course and arranged around two pools and a clubhouse.

There are ninety-six apartments. Those on levels one to five have one bedroom, a family room and 100 m², with a balcony and BBQ; ground-floor units add a 23 m² garden. The sixth level holds the penthouses, with one or two bedrooms and a rooftop terrace.

What to ask the developer

In pre-construction you do not pay everything at signing. The price is split into stages — a reservation, a payment on signing, instalments during the works and a balance on delivery — and that split changes from one developer to another. It is the first thing to ask for in writing: two projects at the same price can demand very different cash flow.
